The Definition Of 'News'
Here is the subject line of an email that was forwarded to me and all of our staff today:
PEOPLE News: Justin & Cameron Still Going Strong
This is unbelievable. Can it possibly be that slow of a summer in the celebrity news arena' Brad and Angelina's baby, Britney on Dateline, Nicole and Keith getting married, Marcia Cross too...I think its hard to keep up.
Let me say I'm always amazed when I read press releases about people, who are NOT married, breaking up..often times it comes from THEM! Its a true sign of how high supply and demand are for this fare.
But a press release about two unmarried people declaring they are still together is baffling. No news is news'
Surely, people are not that easy to please. If indeed you are, have some more:
EXCLUSIVE: Nicole Kidman still taller than Keith Urban!
BREAKING NEWS: Mandisa still not winner of American Idol!
