Leonardo Lights Up London With 'Diamond'
LONDON, United Kingdom (January 23, 2007) -- Britain has been suffering from tremendous gale winds and frigid temperatures, so why are London visitors Leonardo DiCaprio and Djimon Hounsou all smiles?
The two, pictured here just hours ago in Leicester Square, have a lot to celebrate! Their movie, “Blood Diamond,” just had its European premiere tonight, and as you may already know, both men received major Oscar nominations this morning.
DiCaprio is up for Best Actor for playing diamond-smuggler Danny Archer, while Hounsou, who took on the role of Solomon Vandy, is up for Best Supporting Actor.
