I saw your story on Howard K, Steirn. I'm surprize that you did not check with the State Bar of Cailiforna as to the status of his Law License. They have an office in LA. The only way he could file anything in the Supreme Court a lawyer has ti be a member of their Bar. Fox News is reporting that Mr. Steirn is under investigation by the Orly County, NC Sheriff Office.
That is a good reason not to return to the U S.

Thanks for keeping us informed of the other news in Hollywood other than the death of Anna Nicole Smith. Another show out there has devoted their entire half hour program to her. She was a troubled soul and that's too bad that she died. But what did she contribute to society? Why has this been the top story for so long?

I, out of boredom watched the anna show a couple times..she apeared wasted and rude..I, coulden't belive the stuff they air on t.v...
we listen to music, more than watchen t.v.
a wrighter i'm not, a wrighter could sum up all ive said in a couple lines.
what hollywood should learn from this is get a will..

Nanny claims Anna Nicole attempted suicide, underfed baby

Anna Nicole Smith tried to commit suicide at least twice after she gave birth to Dannielynn, and obsessed over keeping her baby slim, it has been claimed.

In legal documents written by the late Playboy Playmate's former nanny, Quethlie Alexis in December last year, it is alleged Anna Nicole - real name Vickie Marshall - wanted to end her life.

Alexis stated: "Ms Marshall attempted to commit suicide on two separate occasions.

"On the first occasion, she drank in my presence an entire bottle of what I believed to be a sleeping aid.

"When she awoke from the resulting 48-hour coma, she said, 'I wanted to die. I meant to kill myself.'

"She also tried to drown herself in her swimming pool. Howard K. Stern rescued her. I heard him say to her, 'If anything happens to you, I would go to jail.' "

The sworn affidavit, written in the Bahamas on December 4, 2006, also reveals Anna Nicole was obsessed with keeping her baby slim, because "she wanted her to be 'sexy' ".

Alexis claimed: "Ms. Marshall was obsessed with making sure that her baby was 'sexy'. Ms. Marshall knew that the correct amount of baby food was 3 ounces every 3 hours. Ms. Marshall insisted that the maximum I was to give was 2.5 ounces.

"She monitored my feeding of Dannielynn by making sure the baby monitor was kept on all the time.

"The child is badly underweight and not thriving, as a baby should."

A California judge withdrew his request to put a ten-day hold on Anna Nicole's body yesterday, meaning it may be released and buried, pending a corresponding ruling from a Florida court.

A decision is expected in the next few days.

Hey Billy! I love how you sneak in a little "opinion" you have on Howard Stern like, "your partner is sick, what do ya do? check on the Boat! And the comment on HKS interviewing with ET on their chartered plane the day after her death. I'm so glad someone brings that stuff up. dig more dirt up on this guy and find evidence of him getting drugs for her and don't be afraid to air it. He played a key role in her death, while not intentionally but he did not stop her and he helped her get the drugs. and what about that crap where he has been supported by his mom and dad for 13 yrs? HKS SISTER said so.

I agree with your comment that all these "friends" and relatives seem to be coming out of the woodwork to voice their outrage, sorrow etc. when half of them were estranged from Anna. How about this "friend" Jackie Hatten who can't even pronounce Anna's name properly calling her "AWNA." I read somewhere that Anna's real name was actually Vicky so maybe her mother was never told to also pronounce it as "AWNA". Larry King had the personal trainer on last night and now HE's gonna take a paternity test if it doesn't pan out for the other guys in the running. Seems like a cheap way to advertise to get more jobs as a personal trainer to celebrities if you ask me. Ok... I'm rambling now but I sure wish they'd sort this mess out!

What I find to be the saddest thing in all of this is that the poor little babygirl is nothing more that someones meal ticket.. the whole interst in her is nothing more than money.. What I think would really be funny is if that little girl really is the only living Marshall heir...and she got all that money... I hope she goes to someone that really wants her. Someone to make her feel safe and secure and loved, something I don't think Anna ever felt in her life ..and hopefully.. that little girl won't go to Anna's greedy mother, some phoney buy a title Prince, or a ton of x-boyfriends that have only one thing on their minds... their own bank accounts.. I hope the judge thinks long and hard about who he gives that child to.. and for God sake let them take Anna back to be buried next to her son.. the love of her life, her pride and joy. Vergi Arthur just wants the last laugh on her daugher if you will, it has nothing to do with motherly love.. if she loved that girl she would have seen her over the years or made an attempt to see her Grandson.. and she would know what kind of relationship Anna had with Daniel..So let mother and son rest in peace next to one another.. release the body to Howard K. Stern and let him get on with burying her... That little girl should be left with Howard K. Stern.. she could have a nice quiet life growing up in the Bahamas,life there is much less chaotic.

Poor Howard is going get the shock of his life when the Judge more then likely gives the body to her mother. Anna's will does not say anything about him handling the funeral arrangements. He needs to be investigated, he definately is not professional.

I am really saddened by Anna's passing and I wish everyone would let her rest in piece. I bet everyone talking to the press, including Howard K Stern, his family, and her mother are out just for her money. What is the matter with her mother that she would even think to do something her daughter didn't want by burying her in Texas. She would want to be with her son. Greety people anyway, leave her be, to rest in peace. The little baby needs to be with her real father now. If that is Stern then so be it.

I am also saddened by Ana Nicole's death. I liked her because she didin't fit Hollywood's standard of pencil thin and the I'm better than you attitude. I feel Howard Stern had something to do with her son's death. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that a DNA test only takes a couple of days and you don't need the mother's DNA to do it. You only the need the child in question and the alleged father. A private lab could have done it in three days. I believe the will is a fraud written by Howard Stern.

I really don't feel Vergie should take the body to TX bury Anna there. she should rest with her son! Vergie could just fight for the right to be able to attend the service so HKS doesn't ban her from it. that is IT. It is pretty selfish to separate her from her son ESPECIALLY since they were estranged for so many years! Now on the other hand, I am totally on Vergies side to get that baby away from HKS and with the natural father-Larry Birkhead. That is very noble of her. she did say "I want her to be with her REAL father, take the money Howard, just give us the baby" I hope she means that. Maybe to show her intensions are true with the baby, she has to "prove" something by fighting for the right of the body???? I don't know. The fight over the the body baffles me.

They needed Anna's DNA so taht when they do test Dannilynn, they KNOW it is really Dannilynn, ANNA'S biological child. they think that Howard might bring a DIFFERENT baby in (he has a niece that resembles Dannilynn) and have her tested and of course since howard IS related to that baby, his dna will show he is related. and obviously with a "switched" baby, there would be no DNA linked to LArry, get it?

In my opinion, I would not put it past Howard to do something like that.

I feel really sad that Anna Nicole cannot even in death be at peace. Let this poor soul rest in peace and be buried with her beloved son. We all have seen how much she loved Daniel. As far as Dannilyn take the paternity test and be done. I do believe Howard Stern loved Anna and both of her children.I think he would do anything for her and if that means granting her last wishes then let him. Her mother just wants her money and celebrity.Where has she been for the last 18 years???

Hey is it just me or if there ever is a movie made about this court case Henry Winkler could play Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin. They look exactly alike.

Anyone can be a father, but it takes someone special to be a dad. It is obvious, that Anna thought HKS WAS/IS someone special!

Poor Mommy Dearest.The mother doesn't fool me with her tears.This is a cold women.If she truly had love for Anna she would want Anna buried next to her son.Anna was very depressed as we all are when a loved one dies but she bought the graves & made the arrangements for her son.This is a very final decision & she didn't say I want my lots in Texas.Anna was very aware of where she placed her son & the lot for herself to be next to him. She was not braindead as her mother wants to portray her.She should go to the grave,cry all she wants while there & say good bye & leave.She doesn't like Stern cause she feels that he controlled everything & Anna.Give Anna credit for what she accomplished,including her interview that she knew what she was saying about her family & how she felt.Stern did not talk for her & I would feel the same way about my mum if she accused me of killing my own son.Regardless of how we may feel about Stern,he was with her for years by her choice.

Kudos to Access H to bring the entire story and not just one side like Entertainment tonight. I watched last night and the MAJORITY of theshow was on how Vergie tripped herself on th stand. the MAJORITY! Howard was on the stand just as long ans was almost HOSTILE and they had nothing on him. There wer no commericials during his testimony it was so riveting, and ET had NOTHING. I will never watch ET/Insider again-ever. They must have a contract with Howard to get that funeral televised (WHCIH HOWARD EVEN ADMITTED ON THE STAND THAT HE DID DISCUSS TELEVISING HER FUNERAL-HE ADMITTED THAT!)so ET kissess his AZZ to make sure they get exclusive coverage. It is like Howard K Stern is George W. Bush, Access Hollywood is the euivilent of CNN coverage and Entertainment Tonight is FOX NEWS! and I refuse to watch Fox News (or Fox NOISE) becuase they are so blatently one sided as ET sides with Howard to get the story and they don't care about TRUTH.

Ok so I gave ET ONE MORE CHANCE to see if they could redeem themselves with coverage on the ANS trial. NOPE. Again, nothing on Stern and all Larry Birkhead all the time with his nasty emails he sent Anna. They said the judges decision was (the clip of the judge saying) "I want her burried with her son" and showing Howard's face obviously relieved, LIKE HE WON or somehting. Then you hear Mary Hart's voice "And this may have contributed to his decision..." Then showing Larry on the stand reading these emails he wrote anna at one time that were not very friendly. So much of Larry, STILL nothing of Howard on the stand and his pathetic testimony, nothing! that judge did not want Howard to get the body for OBVIOUS reasons with Howards' integrity (or lack of)that he showed on the stand. but he wanted her to be buried with her son so he gave it to the ad litem for Dannilynn. THAT is what contributed to his decision. Howard played a MAJOR part in that decision. but ET can't show that.

Ok NOW I am done with that show. I hope that ad litem does think of what is best for Dannilynn and not make her mother MORE of a specticle than she already is by televising that funeral and I PRAY that Howard cannot profit from it. Make the funeral private and show some respect.

I sincerely hope no one will give Virgie Arthur any more air time. In my opinion, she only wants the body of Anna Nicole Smith in order to profit in whatever sick way she has in mind. According to Dr. Perper, Anna's body is starting to decompose. Can't that woman let her be buried by her son? If she cared one bit about her, she would let this go. It sickens me that she is being allowed to file the appeal knowing the situation.

Not that Howard K. Stern is any better; what kind of a man allows himself to be supported by a woman? Certainly not one I would be interested in. How proud his parents must be. If I remember correctly, his sister said that their parents are the ones who gave him money and according to him, he says different. Can't have it both ways. This poor child doesn't have a chance in hell unless she is taken away from both of them. If it turns out he is the father, and I highly doubt he is, then I guess she will be stuck with him.

As for Entertainment Tonight, I have heard them say they DO NOT pay for stories and did not pay Howard K. Stern. According to a guest on Larry King Live on Thursday, she says she was paid by ET. I guess it's going to be hard to choose who you want to believe on that one.

Back to that so called mother from Texas, if she cared anything about her dead daughter, she would stop this garbage and just go home. No one can ever convince me she loves/loved her child and that she isn't out to make as much money as she can off of her. She should be completely ashamed but then again, what else can you expect from trailer trash.

If this was Howard stern's baby you would think that he would run to have his DNA tested. I my view it just proves he isn't the father. What is he afraid of?
