Scoring Larry Birkhead & On The Road With Seinfeld
Once again Access Hollywood lands a big exclusive the digestible way....through hustle and being alert.
Tony Potts predicted the arrival of Larry Birkhead and interviewed him as he walked into the courthouse.
We compete against people who essentially allegedly pay big bucks for their interviews.... but if you're on, you're on. Way to go Tony!
On another note, a celebrity sighting can be fun, but my favorite kind is on the road, car to car. This morning on the 101 freeway heading south, I glanced over to my left and saw Jerry Seinfeld at the wheel. We rolled down our windows and had a brief chat and laugh.
We were going very slowly so it wasn't dangerous.
But Jerry on the road...classic. He was in an Audi V8 with a friend and looking very stylish in a pair of shades. By his enthused response it was clear Jerry enjoys the highway sighting as well.
Well Howard was not interviewing on the way into court because he knows there is noone there that will PAY him to be interviewed so he makes sure he is protected by his body guards.
Ilove Larry Birkhead and I don't think there are many out there that think he is not the father. I really feel he is a man of integrity and only wants to raise his daughter as he should. this child has been held hostage by Howard and when she grows up I'm sure she'll feel that SHE was treated unfairly by denying her DNA to be provided for testing to show who is HER FATHER. A child needs to know that!
Leaving the courthouse last night Laryy was asked why he thought Howard was not the father of Dannylynn. Larry replied, "There is only ONE way to make a baby"

If you were to ask the public who they feel is Dannielynn's daddy, I'm quite sure the majority (including myself) would go with Larry Birkhead. However, if you were to ask the public which person (Birkhead or Stern) you wish were the father, I believe majority would go with Howard Stern. He has fought so hard to have Anna Nicole buried where she wanted to be buried. It is obvious this man loves her, DannieLynn, and Daniel. He is the only person that has stuck by her side after all these years, while everyone else (including Birkhead and he even admitted it) bounced in and out.
Larry Birkhead is a nutcase. He had not seen Anna well over a year since the baby was born.
Why are we not reading about this?
because the media is only interested in making news. Damn the facts.
Have you read anything to the contrary.. what is the proof he was even ten miles from Anna when she became pregnant?
And he says he went to doctor visits with her. Where is the proof of that?
Anna said he didn’t.
Can he proove anything he says? No, it is all allegations and hearsay and not one bit of truth.
Anna had denied having anything to do with him in years.
He is obsessed with her.
And now he is obsessed with her child.
Why did he file a paternity suit right after her son died?
And if you bother to look it up, he claimed Anna was an unfit mother.
Said all kinds of nasty things about her to a judge to try to take Anna’s baby away from her. Just when she had lost her son.
How would he know? Hadn’t been around her in years. Then when she dies she all of a sudden is the love of his life. Look up his website. Before her death she was unfit… now she is the love of his life.. And after she died he goes to Florida demanding DNA from her body…. because… are you ready for this… SOMEONE TRIES A BABY SWITCH. That guy is crazy.
A decent man wouldn’t have involved all the media when Anna and Howard were grieving the death of her son. Howard had been in the picture for years.. not so Larry Birkhead. He was a real creep to do this paternity bs at that time. And how sick can you get … demanding a piece of her DNA.. after she is dead.. because of a baby switch. Nuts!!
I bet he takes that DNA and sleeps with it. What a sicko. And so many people are ignorant.. they believe everything the media tells them to believe. As far as those father’s groups go… Where are the rights of Howard? He is named on the birth certificate.. how would other men like to have a nutcase claiming they are the father of their child and try to take the baby away. If a man is named on the birth certificate as the father… he is the father. If he isn’t questioning it why should the public be demanding a DNA test to satisfy their sick lust for drama.
I can’t believe how many people fell for this Larry guy’s BS. I hope none of you men have a child and have some other guy show up demanding DNA to prove he is the dad when you believe the child is your’s. To take your child away.
For one, larry filed for dna in october 2006, a month after his daughter was born.He didnt wait till anna died and then decided well i think ill go fight for the child now thats shes dead did he?howard needs to give in and give larry his daughter and stop hiding the baby if he thought that baby was his why wont he go get a dna test done.WHY!!!! because he would of had to have sex with her to get her pregant and i think anna would of never went that low.GOD look at larry hes a dream, anna made comments to her friends that she wanted to have a baby with larry, because as anna said it HES BEAUTIFUL!!!! and boy is she right... so get the facts straight Howards a scum bag. I hope larry and his lawyers fight all the way to get dannilynn back . you go LARRY!!!!!
It's so sad to see everyone fighting over this child. Why in this world of ours do people have to fight over children and make life so much harder than it has to be. Should you not be happy with the fact that the more people who love your child, the more that child will grow up to be a loving and understanding human being. Grow up guys all this child needs is love from everyone. Her life is going to be hard enough without her mother in it. I really hope you can all come to some kind of an agreement. Hopefully greed for money is not what your intention is because later on in life she'll know who truly loved her and it won't have anything to do with money. She needs love and understanding in her life and I wish her and the family members the best in this tragic time.
Do the people that think because Howard K Stern's name is on the baby's birth certificate, he must be the father.
Do they not realize, or perhaps were not aware that prior to the birth, Anna asked the owner of her home in the Bahamas if he would sign his name to the birth certificate. This was prior to having Stern's name put on.

Larry Birkhead is a jerk!! When he does not get his own way he reacts like a bitter child. I don't think that baby is his. I think he was used as a front. Howard and Anna could not make their relationship public. I don't think Anna expected larry to be a problem. Larry could care less about any thing or any one, he is to wrapped up in larry. Plus larry claimed Anna got pregnant on New Years Eve . he better learn to add better if thats the case
Larry Birkhead is a selfish person and unfit to raise a child. Anna and Howard K Stern & Danielynn were a FAMILY-- just look at the one picture of them with Dannielynn and I think that is blatantly obvious. If they take Danielynn away from Howard I think I will be sick; it will be real proof of how anti-family and twisted this country really is. The utter hypocrisy, just because Larry is the dad does not mean he was meant to be part of their family. Look at the pictures of Larry-- does he strike you as anything other than a selfish little club kid, utterly devoid of values or real humanity? So he is the father of the child. Get over it. Anna clearly wanted Howard to be Dannilynn's parent, and that has got to be respected.
All the concentration of the media on the children of Tom Cruise, Anna Nicole Smith, etc. is being carried to far. The children have no say, choise, understanding of all the attention. This is not fair to them, pictures, information, etc. should be off limits on the children. If they think about it as they get older it would make a good lawsuit!!!
Leave the kids alone, they have enough problems without all the media attention!!
I think now that the dna proved that larry is the father. people should backoff and let him be that. as far as howard is concerned i think he should be able to have some capacity in dannilynn life just because he is on the birth certificate and he had 6mo with her shehas form a bond with her but it will be left up to the courts keep vergie away from her larry. she has had her 15 minutes of fame shut her down.
