Big "Schmo" Anna Nicole Smith's pseudo body guard should have his paramedic certification removed if he can't follow simple American Heart Assoc. CPR guidelines where calling 911 is given equal billing with CPR. By AHA guidelines 911 is to be called as CPR is started unless you are alone, at which time you start CPR for one cycle and break away for no more than 1 minute to call 911. The only exception to this is if no phone is availible to the lone individual giving aid to the patient. I heard this Big Schmo moron minimize the error he commited by calling Stern first by saying "the call only lasted 2 minutes.....no 1 minute. 4 minutes without oxygen = brain death. This moron should not be allowed to keep his certification, and should be procecuted for such a fundamental f-up.

On Larry King tonight Moe said that he was going on a 20 min errand. He said he kept calling to check on Anna and that 5 minutes after his last call he got the call to come back. He said he called HKS and then the hotel people to tell them to call an ambulance These calls took place while he was on his way back to the hotel. Then he said that he administered cpr for 15 minutes. I thought the offical report was that the paramedics arrived 7 minutes after being called by the hotel. Now did they just stand there and watch this guy give cpr? Was HKS there when the paramedics arrived?

Did anyone else find it odd that Dr. Perper called the judge and stated that Anna was "decomposing" and he had to rush the hearing? Really, I could swear I've seen on one of Court TV's shows a jane/john doe in a morgue with very little damage after 6 months? Even Daniel was held in the morgue in the Bahamas for a bit of time? I can't help but think that Stern or someone one his team called the "funeral home" to go to the morgue and inspect the body. Why? Because I think Stern was very nervous during hearing and was trying to minimize the information getting out "there" under oath and on the "record" for all the world to see. Does anyone know who was the last one to see Anna alive, alert and oriented? Are the hotel room keys "key cards"? If so, is there a record of each use?Is there video monitoring of the hallways and elevators? Can Stern be prosecuted for entering fraudulent documents to the court in FL? Dannielynn's birth certificate, deed to the house in the Bahamas? He also should be prosecuted for perjury..you know he lied at least once during his testimony. Also have you noticed people coming to Stern's aid are on the payroll or are his family members? I believe Stern is responsible for both Anna and Daniel's deaths. He may not have planned on killing either one of them but he is at least guilty of "depraved indiffrence' causing both of their deaths. Have you guys been able to "follow the money"? Stern belongs in jail and Dannielynn deserves to be with her "biological" father. Is there an email address to the proper authorities in the Bahamas so that anyone who wants to can write and protest for the paternity case?

Tony you are doing a great job reporting on the ANS story. You are asking the hard questions and telling it like it is! Larry Birkhead is trying to get his child back after she was stolen from him. Watching her paraded on ET, the day after her mother dies, made me sick in the pit of my stomach. I know so many people who refuse to watch that show as they keep their blinders on for the all mighty dollar. This baby is not being able to form bonds with people as she is being passed around with people she will eventually never see again. If that kidnapper truly loved her he would realize he is destroying her emotional well being all because he is selfish. It is so troubling to watch this injustice being dragged out. One more note if I hear HKS attys get on the air and make excuses for this free loader I will scream! I truly hope his attys do not have children as they are obviously unfit. I watched HKS co-signer Alex Goen on Greta last wk and he slipped and stated "...Howard loves this baby AS IF IT WERE HIS OWN..." So apparently if you steal a baby but "love it like your own" its a free pass. Makes my blood boil. Good for Larry-he will get his daughter home and one day she will see just who had her best interest at heart.

On your reports-especially this morning on Today, you are automatically putting Birkhead in the spotlight as the person who got his baby stolen from him and who lost the love of his life....

It was a pathetic report and irresponsible on your part..this is serious journalism you are now assigned to report on, not some Hollywood brat party.

For your information Anna was done with Birkhead (she didn't want him around) he sounds like an idot acting like a lost puppy without the love of his life.

Until the paternity is final you should not be insinuating that Howard stole Birkhead's baby-that is irresponsible.

Larry Birkhead is the biggest fake in the world. He does interviews and cries and they aren't even real tears. He is just in it for the money no matter what he say's. He is no better then the rest of the players in the game. He doesn't want that baby. He couldn't even care for her because he can't care for himself. Debra Opri has to dress him and make him look respectable. He doesn't even care for his lady friend that is always behind him when he is seen going to court and leaving. If I were her, I would dump him before she gets caught up in something. So, you heard it from me first, Larry birkhead is the biggest liar and fake in the world.

Watching big Moe in an interview with Greta last night left me with even more questions. He said he got up at 9:30 in the morning and Anna was sleeping. He said he went down to eat breakfast with his wife, whom he was meeting, and when he returned to the room Howard asked him to stay with Anna. Anna was still sleeping. I thought I seen an interview with someone (HKS, nurse, or Moe) saying she was up eating around 11:00 and went back to bed. Question, could Anna have died during the night? It is quite obvious to me that both Anna and HKS only had relationships that were purposeful and advantageous, so what was the purpose for this psychiatrist that was visiting?

Yesterday on Court TV with Nancy Grace, I believe, James Heavitt said that Anna wanted to do the DNA testing and that they told her no. I watched O'Quinn today on Court TV and he said that they're going for custody of the baby because it's the right place for her to be..... O'Quinn said he is confident that custody will be granted to the grandmother because of Bahamian culture toward women. Although I've sympathized with Virgie having Anna's remains, going for custody of the baby is just for creed of money. Since this baby is a potential mill ticket for anyone who takes custody of her, why not, unless proven unfit, her biological father.

Thank you Tony Potts for all the amazing interviews you did with Larry Birkhead!! You showed sensitivity, compassion during your interviews for a guy who honestly deserves a lot of understanding, fair reporting, and support during a very tragic loss as well as for someone who is in a fight for the right to claim a tiny infant who has been held deliberately away from him and who has been denied the right to prove he is the biological father unfairly!!!

Please continue to offer the same courtesy for Larry Birkhead with interviews and let him know that there are people who will be watching and praying hard for the day that he brings his baby home!!!

What is up with ET Tonight!!! I find it absolutely sickening and un-watchable ever since Howard K Stern admitted under oath in Florida that he and Anna formed a great friendship with ET, well, how jolly convenient for you isn’t it Mr. Stern to get “free” publicity for both Anna and yourself? It truly made me ill, to see that video clip of Anna venting her anger at her mom which by the way had nothing to do with where she wanted to be buried, it was merely used to attack and discredit her mother on an entertainment show, and in public!! Did anyone notice the smirk on his face when the judge asked him if that was Anna’s usual behavior from that video? That’s when he fell into the trap over his statement about whether Anna was impaired in the video, and the smirk fell away from his face as he stumbled over his statement trying to cover up, under oath!!! What a creep!!!

Everything about Mr. Stern and his band of merry friends all have something to gain, all get their, 5 mins of fame, all have stories that don’t make sense, they all have the same answers, and as Judge Judy said, if it doesn’t seem right, then it just isn’t!!! Where there is smoke, there is always fire, and lots of big holes and red flags everywhere!!!

The only person who makes any sense in this entire mess, is Larry Birkhead who is in my opinion better off away from Anna and the mess she made in her life!!! I hope the baby is his, I believe it is, and that he stays the heck away from H.K. Stern and people like him and let this be a warning for other celebrities who are watching too, be careful of who you can trust!!

Congrats Tony potts on the excellant job you are doing on the ANNA NICOLE SMITH story, anyone with half a brain can see HOWARD K. STERN is a bum living off a celebrity in life as well as in death, for the negative comments on Birkhead, c'mon people, if Stern were truly the father-he would have submitted to a DNA test immediately to clear up any question about paternity, it's all about the $$ for this guy-and those people around her are clearly shady characters! They all have something to hide, let's face it-they all kept her in a drugged up stupor, whether she asked for the drugs or not, any DECENT HUMAN BEING would have intervened not kept her supplied 24-7!

And the circus lives on!!! I’m not in the least surprised that Anna’s mother, Vergie would fight on to have her daughter and grandson moved to Texas!! Right at the start of the proceedings I wondered why her mother was fighting so hard, and what her motives were? A lot of people are saying, she is just in it for the money!!! I’m not buying into it, because if money was at the forefront, we would see a very different picture of Vergie, always hankering for media attention, looking to sell pictures of her daughter, looking all dressed up and wearing heavy make-up!!! I saw none of that, in fact even before the proceedings started, I didn’t even know who Anna Nicole’s mother was!!!

A lot of finger pointing and animosity were directed at her but I weighed in on her testimony and what was at the heart of it. What most people seem to forget, this is a grieving mother, who lost her grandson and her daughter in a very short space of time. She is not media savy!!! This is a woman who is not an actress or in the entertainment business. She was a grieving mother up against a big media conglomerate, and the world of seedy people, hardly a match for an elderly grieving mother. She was a woman in pain who turned to the media after Daniel died and tried to plead with her daughter who is estranged from her but is ignored by her mother’s warnings about drugs and the danger about being around a man like Howard K. Stern, but the warnings came too late, she is gone. Imagine how she feels?

She arrives in court asking the judge to let her take her daughter back for burial in Texas. The court’s let her down, they handed a verdict over to a stranger, guardian ad litem on behalf of an infant who can’t even speak for herself. You have a mother who is also a grandmother on the other side a direct family member who is alive and able to stand in for her granddaughter but that got brushed aside. Imagine what it must be like to be in her shoes? How would you truly feel? Based on Anna’s testimonial intent, it was on the word of HK Stern, and the purchase of the burial plots, could any intelligent person believe the word of this man? I certain don’t, especially when Anna’s instructions to purchase the plots is nowhere to be found, it may be true, but there is no real proof of it!!

Her intent which no one can dispute about is to be beside her son but nowhere is it written that it has to be Bahamas, she is sent their because its convenient for her to be there since Daniel is buried in the Bahamas but all her family members reside in the States, so common sense tells me that’s where they should be!!

I can understand Vergie’s anger, I can even understand why she is fighting so hard on this. She has old fashioned values that differ from most and disapproves of her daughter’s lifestyle. She doesn’t believe that Howard K. Stern has the right to determine where her daughter should be buried on principle pushing all the money aside, this woman is sincerely grieving but she is forced to push it aside to deal with litigation!!!

I really truly feel very sorry for her!!! She will never have peace until her daughter and grandson are back in Texas where they can both be buried in the presence of their family and friends!!! It will be interesting to see now that Daniel’s father has moved forward to ask the Bahamian Court to grant custody to allow the family to exhume Daniel’s body and it will be interesting to see how much weight a biological father will have in this matter!!! Because if it is, then we all will know that at the centre of the circus is Howard K. Stern who could have avoided the whole mess if he produced Dannie-Lynn’s DNA to determine who the biological father is but of course we all know that he is not the father and he will continue to fight to avoid giving up Dannie-Lynn’s DNA!!!

Howard K. Stern is an opportunist, and after his very “charming euology” – I hope that Vergie and Larry fight with every fibre of their being to win custody and guardianship of Dannie-Lynn with no strings attached!!!! May justice prevail for Dannie-Lynn and I hope that as the fight goes on that they can get another lawyer outside of Ron Hale and Howard K. Stern to take care of Dannie-Lynn’s estate!!!

Tony-sorry for coming down on you, you're a fine reporter and all, but as a loyal viewer of AH, and a fan of Anna's, I was upset that your reports always focused on Larry Birkhead's story-making Howard K Stern automatically look like the bad guy.

I now understand that you probably didn't have anything on Howard in your reports, because he won't talk to you guys at AH.

I have followed Anna for a while, but for someone who hasn't, it would have been easy to make a negative conclusion on Howard, based on the details of your past reports.

I know there's alot behind this story, and I'll be watching as these details start to unfold.

Thank you for your great investigation on tonight's how! Keep up the good work! People Magazine reported Jack Harding, Private Investigator told the LA Times (when Daniel died) that Daniel previously told him he was concerned for his Mother and the people she associated with. Please check it out!

The PI that Daniel Smith contacted was on Inside Edition on 3/9....Police have already talked to him as they found his card on Daniel at his death....

I will NEVER AGAIN watch ET...I have never seen such slanted reporting, even before Anna died, I could not take the pathetic coverage that was done in the interviews.....they have lost ALL CREDIBILITY with me...

I agree with you regarding Larry Burkhead being the father and hope that Stern is throughly investigated as I do think that he had something to do with both deaths....

Keep up the good work but try to get some rest in there somewhere...

I note you tend to lean toward favoring Larry B. I do not find this fair and balanced. Larry clearly violated a written agreement with Anna so she may have had that and more reasons to not want to involve him as the father. He appears on TV as the golden boy. But I find some of his statements inconsistent. He does not say he tried to interview with the hospital staff when he says HS and Anna took additional drugs while she was in the hospital. He slandes HS, yet, when he and Anna had an arguement and he left her. He clearly states he called HS to come to the rescue. Does that sound like he did not trust him? In the video with Anna and Dr. Feelgood. Larry is clearly participating in the fun. The body language by HS tends to indicate he was trying to calm her behavior down a little. Larry's emails revealed at the hearing in Florida do not indicate that he had Anna's best interest in mind. He called her a devil. He said he many times carried her and tired to sober her up after drugs and such. What do the other people in the home say. I do not find that anywhere. Larry's attorney is clearly playing this. Knowing from the beginning that this baby was born in the Bahamas and they would need to go there if they intended to fight for DNA (paternity) and custody. She has consistently court hopped in the US. I do not know if HS had suspicious involvement, but I tend to think he is the only one Anna could trust in the last years of her life. Her mother was not there for her for many, many, years. Virgie and she did not just become estranged after she met HS. You can feel really sad about Daniel, but he was not a little child. It does not automatically commute that Anna or HS gave him drugs. Why would they overdose him. She loved him. Also, Daniel was of age a long time at the time of his death. He did not appear to have made any attempt to establish a contact with his grandmother. It is clear that Virgi should not be given care and control of this little baby. Her track record does not lend itself to her credibility. And the attorney who continues to appear on TV for her is almost laughable. Also, if Anna told HS she thought he was the father and he had contact with her late 2005 or early 2006 why would he not be able to believe that there is a possibility that he is. After, all it has been confirmed by On The Record on Fox that it was HS who was with Anna in SC late 2005, not Larry B. Also, if HS overdosed her, would he not have taken the evidence that he did that with him when he left the hotel room? That would not have been so hard. It has been reported that he was in the hotel alone with her prior to leaving the hotel to go check on the boat. Also, too many are just guessing about what Big Moe has told the police. There is no factual evidence that he has incriminated HS at all.

Anna may have indeed died of too many medications, but let the facts come out and not all the accusations that HS was the culprit. How much money did he have in his bank account the last months of her life? I think it came out in court that although he did multitasking on a daily basis, was her personal attorney, her friend, and did her bidding per Larry by the way he was satisfied to not take a salary. She did take care of him and he lived with her. He is not the only man to do this with women who are worth much less than Anna N. I wonder how much Larry B. had in his bank account the last couple years made from his involvement with Anna N. the last couple years of her life.

Fine for you to follow Larry around, and present his angle, but try to be fair at least. At least ET presents just the facts from the people who where there. You see and hear with your own eyes when they report.

Thanks Tony Potts for that interview with Larry today over the attorney/client split!! I was really beginning to worry that Howard K. Stern is behind it all but I now understand his decision in wanting to have more control over the case and not wanting to be dragged from jurisdiction to jurisdiction over the paternity action. It would seem that Larry Birkhead is making the right decision and he will have the support of family members who he can clearly trust over the other attorneys and hopefully they will help him get closer to a resolution after all this is certainly no fun for him.

I think Debra is a great lawyer, she is tough as nails when she needs to be in front of the media, I like her style but unfortunately I do understand Larry's decision to focus on one jurisdiction, the Bahamas and I'm so relieved to know that no one is influencing his decision regarding the fight over the child. I hope he is closer to winning even if its without Debra Opri.

Thanks for the accurate and informative reporting on Access Hollywood and MSNBC regarding the Anna Nicole saga. I had to stop watching ET due to their biased and pro Howard K. Stern position. I'm baffled as to why Bonnie Tiegel and Mark Steins are spinning the pro Howard position. They have made Virgie Arthur and Larry Birkhead out to be the bad guys and Howard to be the saint. Is it all about ratings? Anyway, great reporting. Keep up the good work!

This has been a rough ride but now he is smooth sailing because everyone now knows that Dannie-Lynn's biological father is Larry Birkhead and not Howard K. Stern!!!

Please get an exclusive of Larry and the baby as soon as you can!!!! You are the Only Man for the Job - you stood by him and cared as a friend not just a reporter!!!!

Excellent job Tony! And, you were there for the right person, Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn's proven father. Not hard to figure out though as he seems like a straightforward young man with a sincere handshake.

All along you could tell Howard K. Stern just wasn't being truthful about Dannielynn. And, the constant publicity put out by ET was disgusting and did much harm to Howard K. Stern only he didn't realize it. Or, the money was too important to him not to do the publicity.

Larry do you feel guilty that you in some way contributed to anna's death. you pushed her into a custody fight shortly after her son died. how much stress can one person be expected to take? was it worth it to have your daughter loose her mommy. everyone has faults, no one is perfect. don't you think you could have given her some time to grieve????

Larry might have won the Oscar Award with that DNA result but Dannie-Lynn won the greatest award of all the right to finally be where she truly belongs with Larry and his wonderful family and I hope very soon grandma Virgie who I hope gets to see Dannie-Lynn soon to hug and hold her!!! Before Birkhead decides how to handle Virgie I hope he thinks about this first.
Vergie didn't protect Anna when her husband was raping her. She's been married 5 times, has a ex con for a son and a step daughter who wrote a trashy book about Anna. She didn't try to keep her daughter in school or fight to keep her out of topless bars, nor did she see anything wrong with ANS marrying a 80+ yr old man because, as she said, "he took good care of her" and she also benefitted from that "caring". When Anna stopped doing for her family is when they turned on her.
Vergie had not seen ANS in over 10yrs, never called nor tried to be a "grandmother" to Daniel even when she felt drugs had taken over ANS. She has NO evidence to prove Stern kept Anna from her and Anna was taking drugs before she even left TX. Time out for blaming everything on Stern. Instead of rushing to her daughter's side when Daniel died she CHOSE instead to record Anna's message and played it on TV while saying the most hateful things about Anna at a time she needed her mother the most.
This woman who now will walk through fire to get her hands on the baby is the same woman who flew to the Bahamas just for a photo opt (and money) at Daniel's grave, took a journalist to view Anna's body, lied on the witness stand, refused to abide by Anna's wishes, appealed a ruling instead of getting her daughter buried,tried to stop the funeral,then walked on Anna's grave. Is this the woman you want in your daughter's life?
Vergie will say or do ANYTHING to get what she wants including using Anna's body to hurt Stern. Now Stern is out of the way she WILL come after Birkhead and most likely will say he's an unfit father to get the baby thus the money. Before he opens that door he should stop and think. Listen to Anna's own words about her mother, her insistance her mother NEVER touch her child and Virgie's actions since Daniel died.
She used you(Birkhead) against Stern, Daniel's father to get Daniel's body, thus her getting Anna's body. Now her lawyers will go after you and if you think different you are a fool. She will smile, patronize, and lie to you. Don't put the baby in an enviroment Anna ran from or a state Anna hated. Instead of this "it's my baby" attitude think about that baby's mother who knew her mother a lot better than you. A "mother" who profitted from her daughter and grandson's death and this baby will be no different. It's wiser now NOT to open that door than to open it and not be able to close it later.
As for Stern ,be kind, he too loved Anna and the baby. His pain is greater than yours for he has lost everything. Be smart and keep him in the baby's life, you won't regret it and the baby will one day thank you for it.

I think you have done a Great job of covering all of the anna nicole smith saga. I am so happy for Larry, I knew from the first time I saw him on E.T. (which seems to favor Stern) that he was an honest and sincere guy. He loves that little girl so much and she will have a life filled with love with him.At least she has one parent left (thank god it was'nt stern) who will be great for her.Congratulations Larry and may god bless you both. Howard has stepped up and he and Larry are wise if they work together in this thing. Virgie A. has shown her true motivation all along in this thing, from the time Daniel died it was evident her resentment and she has been so loose with her slander against both her daughter and Stern it sets her aside from a person who would just want the best for the baby. Her spokesman O'Quinn continued her falsehood of calling Howard Stern a murderer in spite of not one shred of evidence to that fact. Stern tried to do what Anna wanted, and it was said early on in this whole saga by Ron R. and others that he would work with Larry to determine the truth outside the media circus. They forced him to go to court on every little issue, but maybe now he and Larry can work together and some of the unfairness will at least be handled.

You carried a story that most of us new the truth re: Larry being a Dad,(especially real blood parents) we go to any lengths/fight for our children. You didn't sell out the truth....

I think Larry is a great disappointment to all the people who supported him over the last 7 months. Now he is buddy/buddy with Stern,and making all these glowing comments about him in sharp contrast to all those comments he made during this ordeal. We stll feel the same about Stern and his fellow (friends) attorneys. I am extremely disappointed in Larry; he has lost a fan. I expected him to be more assertive, not to be this spineless jellyfish which he is turning out to be as things relate to Stern. He seems to think Stern has all the answers. Poor thing! I think Larry was unwise to release the "Photo Shoot Experience" even before he has custody of Dannielynn. In his haste, he may be jeopardizing his right to sole custody of the baby. No doubt Virgie Arthur & O'Quinn will pounce on this one!

Larry should have retained Debra Opri, he's obviously getting some very bad advice. Could the events of the last few days be the reason why Debra & Larry split company?

Larry's inexperience is beginning to show. And, he's clearly being manipulated. The question is by whom????

You are a "Class Act", Tony, and the perfect interviewer to have followed Larry Birkhead's part of this tragic story; therefore, it wasn't surprising to see you have almost birthdays and 10 years apart--a big brother and/or an older friend whom he has placed trust! It is karmically interesting to note that Daniel and J. Howard's birthdays are very close to yours and Larry's (all persons involved in Anna's life on some level)!

Thank you for attentively following Larry as we know (despite having a strong family relationship) it hasn't been easy for him to "walk in the wilderness encircled by coyotes on all fronts". Contrary to the opinion of some few, he's proven himself to be a very courageous and stellar man in pursuit of justice and the right of the biological father to experience full parent-child relationship with his daughter. Hopefully, tomorrow, certain parties will discover common sense and surrender a narcissistic fight at the end of the day with The Bahamian Courts awarding full custody to Larry. Any other decision will be a travesty on behalf of this child!

We have enjoyed your special coverage, Tony, of this unfolding story and the online video interviews with Larry and, especially, the most recent ones with he and Dannielynn. Once they're back in their California home, it will be even more exciting for him to discover deepening competency as her father and how strong and beautiful they bond without any outside distractions. As you already know, a decent biological father is a very important person in a little girl's life and critical to healthy long-term psychological maturity as a woman.

Our congratulations to Larry and we affirm in prayer tonight The Bahamian Courts have looked at this from a very wide perspective on behalf of Larry and Dannielynn and they will soon be on a "big bird" and on their way home!

Please tell Larry thank you, for allowing you to be a part of his journey. And a thanks to you for the way that you have shared it. I am not sure if maybe it is the fact that you have children, but you have portrayed this story with dignity, and raw emotion and given it the feeling of reality that I needed to feel. When I found out that Anna and I had babies just days apart, I kind of took a personal interest in this story. Knowing the milestones that were passing and such made it feel real to me. Like she was a friend. And when she was gone, my stomach dropped. Watching the days you shared with Larry after he finally got to be with his baby helped me to have peace of mind that all will be well. I sat with tears in my eyes watching the videos, like watching a friend. I could feel what he was going through, and how he didn't want to let her go for a second. I am so thankful that you were able to be there when they left yesterday, and on the plane and beyond. Those are things that we all wander about and only you could answer. You made us feel like we were there. One can only wander how Howard handled everything. That is the only part of the story I am missing. I saw him loading stuff, but how did he leave her? What did he say? Will he see her again? Did he just go home? I feel sorry for him because as you know, it would be hard for anybody to lose a baby. So will you do updates periodically? I hope so. And thanks to your family for allowing you time away to do such an amazing story. I cannot convey to you enough what a great job you have done!

I hope Larry has yhe energy to go to the Derby. He looks done in. His sister is right. Now its time for him to rest. No one will agree with what he does so all he can do is his best. It hard work to raise a child without the mess that surounds this mess it must be even harder. People precieve you by the company you keep. Mr. Stern has lost his reputation in the Publics eye and associate him with the loss of two lives because of his enabling behaviors. Not a good image to keep too close. Keep up the good work. Tony you have been great following this story, however you need to begin to ask Larry hard questions - I find it mind boggling that a normal person would be bffs with Stern afteran ordeal such as this; it is just not natural/normal. We want to know WHY? What are the terms of the deal with Stern? Is Stern still going to be executer? What secrets do Stern have for him? Something is not right, and Larry is beginning to lose his halo

I feel for Howard when he realizes he has lost nothing, Because he never had anything that was honest and real in the first place.I don't even believe he was with ANS in the way he wants us to believe. As her addictions took her further down maybe her dependence on him grew.
Sadly I do not feel this bothered him. Better to win by default than not at all.
I hope he reads some books on Co Dependence and finds a healthy life of his own now.

It's nice to see things turn out the way they should.
I always believed the baby was Larry's child, But the odds were not in his favor he would be holding his child anytime soon. However his determination kept shining right through all of the obstacles ( and I'm sure at times tears).It's a fine quality to have when life throws a curve and one I hope his daughter inherits. I think her mother had it, But what happened when is something we may never understand.

I do feel sorry for Howard, I think he was doing what Anna wanted. Also, I don't think Anna stole the baby from Larry. She is Dannilynn's mother, she has a right to move if she wishes with the baby. But she should have let Larry be part of the baby's life. I hope Larry will tell Danni all the good things about Anna. Does anyone know how the Birkhead family think of Anna?

larry did what a father should; he made sure his daughter is protected. Hope he always does ! Sooo cute. Howard always knew she was not his. Vergie should wait for an invite to see Dannielynn , and, if one is not sent she should live and let live. Tony, you eased Larry's departure from the Bahamas. Yes, I still believe you are a "Class Act", and I supported Larry Birkhead on behalf of his rights as the biological father of Dannielynn from around mid-September, 2006 when Anna Nicole and her lawyer-manager went on ET and LKL with their shenanigans; however, I am absolutely in a state of shock at the moment. Regarding his former attorney, I can understand the counter lawsuit though I am absolutely speechless that he would utilize Trope & Trope (Ron Rale's law firm)to do so!

Larry doesn't need all the little people who supported him throughout all those months as he, obviously, found something more comfortable and to his personal liking, i.e. to be able to sleep with the enemy!

Thank you for putting that (truthful) interview up of Larry, again! What happened to this Larry who stole the trust and heart of the public? What happened to Larry during that month he spent at Horizons with HKS while "adapting(?) to his innocent biological daughter, Dannielynn"?

After the "Clown Video", I didn't think I could be shocked, again, though yesterday I was stunned and angered to think that two professionals(?) would drug Dannielynn's mother up ("knock her out") to that extent and then demean her by photographing her and for what reasons? I've never seen homeless street addicts in the major cities of America in that condition!

If it was "Big Moe" who released these photos, I congratulate him for (finally) being a hero or true bodyguard on behalf of Anna Nicole and, hopefully, he is protected and will come forward with important and factual information on behalf of his friend and once client to get to the bottom of the obvious abuse by those who purported to "love" her!

Debra Opri deserves every penny for what she made him into.
He sure isn't the trustworthy guy I thought him to be.
Starting from the moment he was found to be the dad.
How do you be buddies w/ the very person (HK$) that you accused all those months prior?
Larry is no better than HK$ & Dr E in my opinion.
He, along w/ everyone else have trashed Virgie.
Larry has done nothing but pimp his baby since he got his hands on her.
They should consider changing her name to DollarLynn.

The Stress that he has experienced must be tremendously over-welling. I think we all appreciated his efforts to show how Anna's life really was living with that man.
