Access Hollywood Staff Reacts To Last Night’s “Lost” Episode (WARNING: SOME SPOILERS):
The Access Hollywood staff got very excited over last night's episode of "Lost" -- here's a bit of our back-and-forth e-mail conversation throughout today!
JB: Perhaps one of the top episodes ever!
Love her or hate her -- hard to argue that Juliet's not a great character.
What we learned:
- The Others can cure cancer
- but they can't cure tumors ???!!!
- Women who become pregnant on the island, can't give birth (which kind of tells us that the Others are trying to create a Utopian society and explains the kidnapping of children)
- Sun's in trouble
- Mikhail developed the portfolios on the 815 crash folks
Did anyone else notice Aaron appeared to say "Claire" towards the end -- weird … like the Hurley bird.
NF: Couldn't disagree more. The entire episode was spent building our sympathy for a girl that they then throw out completely with the stupid Shyamalan ending. All we really learned was things we've known for some time:
Jack makes terrible choices in woman
Never question Sayid's instincts
Ben has a fetish for proving to people what day it is
Claire has terrible luck
No one asked questions
And the producers love to screw w/ an overly loyal fan base
KF: Come on, NF, 'no one asked questions'? Sayid did exactly what you've been calling for since the beginning. "I want you to tell me everything..."
Major Good Spoilers After The Jump At End Of Post (You've Been Warned!)
NF: But first I want you to tell me your name?!?
BB: They revealed quite a bit last night, people. They finally started talking about the more sinister storyline of the OTHERS.
NF: Once again, we've known them to be sinister all along. Nothing was really revealed in the sense that a question was answered. Only more allusions to answers.
CP: Anyone remember the last time NF actually liked an episode?
NF: Locke
KF: So in keeping with one of the themes of last night's ep, there are basically two groups on the island: Those who want to stay & those who want to go.
I think that can be applied to Lost viewers as well. Those who want to like the show & those who don't.

Penelope and her crew will be appearing soon or at least that story from the 3rd season finale. We'll learn why NO ONE is looking for anyone on 815. But they are lookin’ for some of the others. The paternity test for Sun’s baby will reveal the dad but the news is bad and good. We will soon meet the only person left from the Dharma initiative and what happened to everyone, plus that person’s back story. The finale is Jack’s back story with yet another chance at rescue. The finale began shooting this week and next week expect several explosions There ya go see ya next week. Oh yeah. A major character dead in the next few weeks and no, I didn't ask who.
I wanted to post this comment because I don't understand how a woman now all of a sudden who hasn't been in her daughters life for a certain amount of years no relationship what so ever can come after her daughter has died can come and file for custody of her daughters baby. It has been determined that the baby's father is Larry Birkhead. What right has she got to try and take that baby away from him. If she can't get custody she wants visitation rights. We all know after seeing the interview with Anna how she feels about her mother. She made it very clear that she did not want her mother around her daughter and I hope that they will honor Anna's wishes. If her mother was so loving and deeply cared about her daughter, why didn't she come to see Anna right after she had the baby? As long as she has stayed now she could have done that then. Maybe it would not look like all she wants is the baby for one reason only MONEY! The baby is worth a fortune and that is the only reason why she wants custody. Me personally, I would not let her have it and I still don't understand why she would have any say so. Send Vergi Arthur back to Texas to her trailer park and let Larry raise his daughter. The demands that she is asking for is ridiculious. She is nothing but a true gold digger. Would she had tried for custody if Anna was living.Go home Vergie!
Why does Tammy Faye think the reason she has cancer is "because the devil won't win".
We've known people, good, loving, honest, reliable people, that have died with cancer.
The devil has nothing to do with cancer, cancer is a part of this life...not the devil...it'a our destiny.
