Cannes, Here I Come!

The time has come peeps....I am officially sitting in a lounge in the middle of JFK waiting to leave for Cannes.

Interestingly and frankly, lamely enough, I left my boarding pass at the security check in point to pass through to the gate...that cannot be the highlight of my trip, nor will I let it get me down!

I have my passport in one hand, a book and a nano in the other and a sleeping mask/pillow ready to make the long seven plus hour journey to Paris.

Then, from Paris I fly to Nice for about an hour and chance et voila Cannes.
