Hitting A 'High' Note With Zac Efron
Zac Efron is positioned to enjoy a Leo sized career. First off, he is balanced and aware of the pitfalls fame offers. He is multi-talented. He is both good looking and nice.
I asked Zac if he felt the pressure to do a heavier, more dramatic film next, given that his most recent big screen film was 'Hairspray'.... not that far off from HSM2.... he acknowledged that as a good idea.
What was most telling, however, was that he did not feel he had to retreat from this ‘High School Musical” phenomenon. If they do a 3rd movie it will be on the big screen first and if the script is right and all the other principles agree, he'd be wrong not to. He seems to understand that an "all for one" approach is the way to go. If Zac held up the film because he demanded much more money or he went another way creatively, he could risk alienating a huge fan base of kids.
He's not that guy and I'm pretty sure of it.
To be truthful, I have seen 'High School Musical' at least 5 times.... my children love it and I love it, so I have become a fan too. I believe we won't need to brace ourselves for upcoming disappointment.
Zac lives in a condo fairly close to “Access Hollywood”. Like the rest of the cast, he signed up for 'HSM2' before anyone realized the huge success of the first movie. 'Hairspray' he accepted for the opportunity to go big time so they likely got him for a song.
In short, he is not yet, but surely going to be...LOADED. Will he remain the same humble, balanced kid? I say 'yes'.

Why do you keep refering to Princess Diana's death as murder. It was an accident, I doubt very much that it was intentional. You make it sound like someone went out and just murdered her. It just seems that her stories have contributed to the success of your show, maybe you show a little more respect to her memory. Also, the Heidi Klum story sends bad messages to the younger generation (females). So what she can go bare chested for the camera shoot, it's her job. Oh I forgot, your show is about ensationalizing.
I love high school musical and cannot wait to see and soon after buy the sequal. I also feel that the movie is wonderful for the younger and older audiences. Everyone enjoys the singing and dancing with all the drama between Sharpay and Ryan competing to be the best against Troy and Gabriella. I just love the movie so much

i would like to send a message to anyone that could help owen wilson, could you please direct him to these two books : 1 Battle Field of the Mind and 2 Beauty for Ashes. i say this because i have been in dark times also and these two books helped bring me back to the living and i have encouraged many people to read them , and recieved rave reviews regarding how much they have been helped and with owen i am driven to also share this with him why i don't know it's just something calling me to do this. maybe it will help : we can only hope

leave Britney alone, dam it is better that the passifire is in her mouth then on the floor any mother would do the same thing...The people following her have to get a life, and a different job...I think everyone should boycott the magazines and the show like access...People are allowed to have families and yes some make mistakes...you guys only look for the bad in all the stars, when they mess up that is all you can talk about...what mother doesn't take their kid shopping with her?
