'The Bachelor's' Matt Grant Finds Love After Shayne
It was certainly no shock when news hit in July that "The Bachelor's" Matt Grant had broken off his short engagement to contestant Shayne Lamas, whom he proposed to in the show's May 12th finale. The Hollywood party girl was just so obviously not the one for him. Now Matt thinks he has found the one. The 28-year-old Brit, who made the move to Los Angeles, tells In Touch magazine he has found love again. Grant has been dating publicist Sarah Robarts, 39, for the past four months. He told the magazine, "I have never been happier."
According to In Touch, his manager introduced the pair. Sarah is the president and founder of boutique firm Ballantine PR, which has worked with Matt.
Four months? That number seemed strange to me. I inquired with an ABC publicist if this story was indeed true and learned it was.
"Yes, I can confirm that Matt has been dating Sarah for four months now."

Hmmm. Lets do the math here. Matt and Shayne officially announced they broke up on July 24th. So, four months would make it around November 24th - which is more than a month from now.
It seems those countless denials from both Matt and Shayne, to the media, that they were on the rocks for months and Matt had moved out were bogus denials. The couple even appeared on Bachelorette Deanna's "After The Final Rose" show on July 7 claiming they were still an item. Four months from that show would make it around November 7, still three weeks away! Though anyone with eyeballs could have seen their body language and known they were kaput.
Now we know for sure they are really bad liars too! And Shayne is supposed to be an actress?
